Terms of Service

• A 50% upfront payment is required upon receipt of the invoice to begin the illustration process.
• Initial sketches will be provided after the first payment. The client may request up to two rounds of revisions during this stage.
• Once the sketch is approved, the remaining 50% of the total fee is due before final rendering begins.
• Any changes requested after final approval may be subject to additional charges.
• Estimated turnaround time is typically 2-4 weeks from receipt of initial payment. This may vary depending on communication delays or complexity.
• Final artwork will be delivered in PNG format via Gmail.
• The standard commission includes personal use only.
• Advertising license requires an additional +30% of the original price.
• Commercial license (e.g., merchandise, branding, promotions) requires an additional +100% of the original price.
• Ownership and authorship remain with the creator unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The artist retains the right to display the artwork in their portfolio, website, and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed upon.Cancellations & Refunds
• The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.
• If the client cancels the commission after the first payment, they will still receive any completed sketches, but no further work will be delivered.
• Once the second and final payment has been made, the commission is considered non-refundable, except under extenuating circumstances (at the artist’s discretion).
• If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 days, the commission may be canceled without refund.Usage Rights & Restrictions
• The client may not reproduce, edit, resell, or use the artwork commercially without prior written agreement.
• The artwork may not be used in AI training datasets, NFT projects, or blockchain-related products without explicit permission.Courtesy copy
In the event that the Work is used in a product first published by the Client, unless otherwise agreed upon, the Client will send the Artist at least 1 (one) courtesy copy of said product.Communication & Contact
